During a very cold spell in early February, our old boiler burst and was declared unrepairable by our out of town heating insurers. We contacted local heating consultant, Derek Campbell, who appeared the same afternoon and checked out the dead boiler and its awkward location and provided a qotation for installing a new boiler. He appeared 2 days later with his 2 cheery , efficient assistants; and within a day and a half we had a much better new combi boiler , with a comfortably warm house and much improved hot water supply. We are very pleased with the efficient service of Derek and his team, and will not hesitate to call him next time we require any plumbing or heating assistance.
